This guy is a real hero and he’s just not stopping. After a 28-hour day of performing surgeries, he was pictured with a scrub cap on his head and a mask covering his face having a nap in the corridor of the hospital where he works.
Luo Heng has been hailed a hero after the image emerged of him in Dingyuan County, in the Anhui province of China. The picture was taken on March 30 and he is said to have performed five operations, completed his fifth operation in 28 hours.
According to Mirror, Heng is said to have fallen asleep on the floor after spending more than a day carrying out surgeries at the hospital. He was pictured lying on a piece of fabric, with his arms crossed, his shoes off, and his mobile phone close to his ear.
He had reportedly just completed his fifth operation, after performing two surgeries in the night and three the next morning.
The nature of the operations remains unclear.
People have expressed praise for his hard work but others have said that they are concerned about the number of breaks he’s taken, according to the People’s Daily Online.
