China is really good at copying and didn’t even spare Jollibee as they created their own version of it named, “JoyRulBee”.
Jollibee is a very famous fast-food chain in the Philippines and it is becoming popular in other countries too. Jollibee is known for its juicy fried chicken, mouth-watering burger, and sweet-style spaghetti. It can be found in many parts of the world but it doesn’t have any branches in China.
But recently, one Filipino netizen in China saw what seems to be a copycat of Jollibee and it is called “JoyRulBee”. Christopher Guzman is an OFW in China and he uploaded a video on Facebook showing the fake Jollibee.
In the video, Guzman is showing the storefront with a logo exactly the same as Jollibee. Not just that, they also copied many features such as the interior design, the menu and in a nutshell, everything. It also offers same food that is being sold in Jollibee branches: burgers, ice creams, fries, fried chicken, and spaghetti.
On the caption of the video, Guzman wrote that it was the first time he’s seen JoyRulBee in the 10 years that he has been living in China. He also refused to disclose the exact location of the store but he said that it is near his workplace.
He also said that the food offered by JoyRulBee doesn’t taste as good as the real Jollibee.
“It’s the same style as Jollibee, but the taste is different,” he said.
“Jollibee tastes better. It’s almost the same price [compared to the real one].”
