These guys made a homemade pool that took two weeks without any help of modern tools or technology.
As the years go by, the climate was also changing because of global warming. The heat became intolerable and people were advised to stay in the shade or cool places to avoid the effects of staying long under the heat.
On the other hand, most of us dreamed to own a private pool to dip in or cool down in. And this dream became a reality to these two enterprising men.
Recently, a YouTube video went viral on social media that shows two men are seen initially emerging from an underground house. Then, the two ingenious DIYers (Do-It-Yourself) start to dig at the ground around them with primitive tools and ended up digging a large hole in a rectangle shape around the house.
Typically, pools need tiles and this one is no exception. They used mud collected from a local river to make pool tiles mixed with sand. The tiles were formed using a basic frame and then cured over a fire. When it is complete, they stacked and stick it to the moat walls using more river mud, creating a hard waterproof shell.
Then, they build a little bridge that connects the mainland to the house at the center of the trench. The bridge was made from two arched branch supports and smaller sticks.
What it made more amazing is the fact that they used no modern tools or technology in building it. It was only created using a simple primitive equipment, coupled with a lot of hard work. According to the video’s description, it took two weeks to build the pool.
