While many actors and actresses were making names and becoming popular, there are also former celebrities succumb to an unfortunate situation. How heartbreaking it is to know that people who made us laugh on TV or films are now living less than desirable lives before. Just like the story of former comedian and actress Whitney Tyson.
The younger generation might not recognize her but for adults who grew up watching her, they could attest that she brought so much laughter into our lives.
But after she saw the recent interview with Whitney Tyson, singer and actress Angeline Quinto expressed her sadness over the plight of the comedian.
Whitney appeared on several movies along with Redford White and Carding Castro. Upon hearing her story, Angeline Quinto was heartbroken and made her wish that there was something they could do about the situation.
Thankfully, Coco Martin was there to the help. The 36-year-old actor offered Whitney a job in the series.
The “Ang Probinsyano” lead star is known for helping other former and long-forgotten entertainers, giving them a chance to resurrect their respective careers.
Angeline wrote on her Instagram post:
“Napanood ko lang ang interview ni Ate Whitney Tyson nung isang linggo, madalas daw nasa mga fiesta siya rumaraket, sabi ko sa sarili ko sana mabigyan ulit siya ng pagkakataon na makapagpasaya ng mas maraming tao, nakakatawa din talaga siya sa mga nagawa niyang pelikula.
